**What to expect**

We're excited to grow our team with a **Global Director of People (m/w/d) **as a key strategic role in our company. As a global organization hiring people from over 40 different countries, people centricity and diversity is at the heart of everything we do. In this position you will be helping Phiture achieve even greater excellence and an inclusive workplace where employees thrive and are inspired to work toward our vision of leading the way in mobile growth.

**What you'll do**
- Take the lead on developing and executing a people strategy that facilitates and supports the strong growth and maturation of the company
- Work closely with the management team and as a part of the senior leadership team, strategically oversee all human resource related activities
- Provide direction, vision and leadership for the People / HR department through effective management and coordination of its team members, building a world-class people team
- Ensure the People team are set up for success and aligned toward achieving strategic objectives and continuously develop your team
- Lead our global expansion from a people perspective - establish sound people practices and policies for our international workforce
- Provide leadership and guidance on analytics & reporting, team skills, learning & development, training, change management, organizational design, diversity, equity and inclusion
- Develop and implement a talent strategy plan that aligns with the overall vision and strategy of the company
- Identify key trends and anticipate the impact on people, recommend solutions - keep an eye on our sector and ensure that we're ahead of the game
- Build foundations for data and clear assessments to track the impact that people practices and policies have on the employee experience

**What you bring to us**
- Previously been in charge of the people strategy as HR Director, Head of HR, Head of People or similar at a 200+ people company.
- An empathetic person with great communication and people skills, as well as strong organizational awareness
- Proven track record of building out an inclusive HR strategy at a fast-paced growth company.
- Proven experience of operating at a strategic level, managing budgets, providing guidance to the business functions and the wider people teams. Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders
- Worked in a company that's gone through strong international growth, ideally in a remote-first setup
- A strong background in managing and leading an international group of HR professionals
- Collaborative, thoughtful HR leader who sees the big picture but is also comfortable with getting into the details
- A demonstrable background in designing employee experience frameworks
- Successfully developed and implemented operating models that inspired positive change in growing startup/mid-size organizations
