Game Producer

**Responsibilities**:

- As a Game Producer (M/F/d), you lead and direct the internal team of artists and art outsourcing partners working on our new mobile games and make sure that the projects are closed within the given timeframes and budget.
- You establish a visual style that appropriately complements and enhances the game design incorporating marketability, demographics, and target audience.
- Therefore, you define the art direction process and establish art visions for our games as well as an art bible that clearly communicates the art style.
- In addition, you assist in assigning design ideas to vendors who are best able to deliver on the art theme and style.
- In this position, you will also create artwork as needed and provide hands-on art support.
- Last but not least, you work with engineers to define end-to-end content pipeline.

**Qualifications**:

- At least three years of experience as an artist, specifically two years working as a lead artist, art director or game producer in games business
- Expert in 2D and 3D art production
- Ability to empathize with user experience through deep engagement with the product
- Skills in generating first class art and design in a variety of styles and a portfolio of work demonstrate this
- Experience managing and motivating a team of artists (both internal and external)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent English written and spoken, German language skills are a plus, each additional language is an advantage
