Stellenbeschreibung

Ob Scout-to-Contract, Reporting oder Stammdatenmanagement - Standardisierung, Integration, Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Beschaffungsprozessen stehen im Mittelpunkt Ihrer Rolle. Sie fungieren als Bindeglied zwischen den Einkaufsfunktionen, den Stakeholdern und der IT. Sie sind verantwortlich für die ganzheitliche Betrachtung und Analyse der Beschaffungsprozess
- und Beschaffungssystemlandschaft. Die Arbeit in interdisziplinären Teams über Abteilungs
- und Standortgrenzen hinweg ist für Sie daher notwendig und selbstverständlich.

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie eine anspruchsvolle und eine der Schlüsselrollen innerhalb der Global Procurement Organisation und sind für folgende Tätigkeiten verantwortlich:

- Sie arbeiten mit den Geschäftsbereichen zusammen, um die Anforderungen an die Geschäftsprozesse zu spezifizieren
- Zusammenarbeit mit Teamleitern, um sicherzustellen, dass die funktionalen Anforderungen vollständig sind und in technische Anforderungen umgesetzt werden
- Konfiguration und Verwaltung von Beschaffungs-/Vertragsvorlagen, Benutzern und Gruppen in Systemen (ARIBA; ICERTIS;...)
- Durchführung der Systemkonfiguration und Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern bei der Erstellung, Prüfung und Bereitstellung von Funktionen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Architekten, um Abhängigkeiten mit allen externen Integrationen und allen externen vor
- und nachgelagerten Systemen zu verstehen und zu verwalten
- Verwalten und Koordinieren von Benutzerakzeptanztests, Erstellen eines End-to-End-Testplans auf der Grundlage der Produkterwartungen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Lösung gründlich und auf optimale Weise getestet wird
- Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten für Produktverbesserungen und betriebliche Effizienzsteigerungen
- Unterstützung bei Testautomatisierungsaktivitäten
- Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zur Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen, Kommunikation von Verbesserungsempfehlungen und Behebung von Unstimmigkeiten.
- Lösen von Problemen durch Recherche und Analyse
- Bearbeitung der Stammdatenkonfiguration in SAP (z.B. SAP ECC MM, S4, Ariba & iCertis CLM,...) mit vor
- und nachgelagerten Systemen

Qualifikationen
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung mit großen Supply Chain Enterprise Programmen oder Projekten
- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis der Source-to-Contract-Domäne (Beschaffung, Vertragswesen, einschließlich Vertragslebenszyklus)
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von Qualität und Geschäftsprozessen, mit Schwerpunkt auf technischen Anforderungen und Lösungswissen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch (C1)
- Technische und funktionale Kenntnisse in SAP-Modulen (Sourcing, Contracting und Contract Management)
- SAP, Ariba und iCertis CLM Plattformen sind von Vorteil
- Verständnis des End-to-End-Geschäfts und des Datenflusses von der Quelle bis zum Datencontainer
- Identifizierung, Bewertung und Lösung komplexer Geschäftsprobleme in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich, bei denen die Analyse von Situationen oder Daten eine eingehende Bewertung variabler Faktoren erfordert
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit der agilen Methodik für die Softwareentwicklung
- Fähigkeit zur Kommunikation und zur Arbeit in einem Team

Für diese Position wird ein **marktkonformes Gehalt** geboten, das sich an der spezifischen Qualifikation und der entsprechenden Berufserfahrung orientiert.

Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet, ein Mindestgehalt anzugeben. Das Mindestjahresbruttogehalt für diese Position beträgt laut Kollektivvertrag (Holzindustrie) 42.933,10 EUR.
