The division **Group Finance Services in RBI **unites smart and efficient data sourcing, lean and customer-oriented accounting of non-banking and banking activities as well as data processing for the **Finance area. **Close cooperation within the division, inside the **CFO area **but also with relevant stakeholders of **RBI **will prevent from (data) silos and allow One Finance reporting, thus value creation for RBI and its relevant stakeholders.

**Reporting Specialist with BI development skills (f/m/d)**:The department **Group Finance Data **is responsible for collection and processing of data, improvement of processes and data quality. We are taking care for the definition and maintenance of the Group data taxonomy and business glossary considering requirements from BCSB 239 including maintenance of the business data model (BDM) together with Risk. Moreover, we are operating the financial reconciliations for RBI Group.

In this position you are an important link between the business and IT world, to which you bring your personality as well as your business and technical know-how.

**What you can expect**:

- You are part of a successful team with an agile setup that implements centralized regular and ad hoc reporting on a single transaction basis within the RBI Group
- You collect, consolidate and analyze business and technical requirements regarding our reporting platforms
- You act as an ambassador between IT and Finance colleagues regarding definition and creation of financial reports
- You execute big data reporting and analysis demands based on business requirements
- You design and organize reporting processes and you develop self-service tools for finance experts
- You manage and represent Group Finance Data in data related projects (e.g., EDWH, GDWH, Data Lake, etc.)
- Lead and coordinate workshops for successful completion of projects

**What you bring to the table**:

- University degree or similar with technical or business background
- Several years of experience in data analysis, management reporting or BI function, preferably in the financial services industries or consulting business as a plus
- Knowledge of the business processes in a Finance department
- Several years of experience in data analysis or reporting, proficiency in financial reporting requirements as a plus
- Advanced experience with data models (incl. querying and scripting in SQL)
- Qlik Sense and Power BI knowhow is a clear plus
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to analyze and design complex data flows and business processes
- Strategically agile; ahead thinking, curious and eager to act in a highly demanding environment
- Accurate working style, willingness to continuous improvement
