**ANDRITZ **besitzt Erfahrung im Großmaschinenbau für **synchrone Generatoren seit 1892 **und leistet mit dieser Erfahrung einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Gewährleistung der Versorgungssicherheit und Netzstabilität. Um die erfolgreiche Platzierung unserer Phasenkompensationsanlagen im weltweiten T&D Markt sicherzustellen suchen wir einen **erfahrenen Ingenieur**, der wesentlich mithilft, die vor uns liegenden Herausforderungen bestmöglich zu meistern.
Auf Basis Ihrer Erfahrung im T&D Markt formulieren Sie entsprechende Produktstrategien und setzen diese mit unseren technischen Abteilungen inklusive Forschung und Entwicklung um. Zusätzlich koordinieren Sie unsere Marketing
- und Vertriebsaktivitäten für dieses Produkt und definieren in Abstimmung mit der Verkaufsleitung konkurrenzfähige Projektstrukturen in den verschiedenen globalen Regionen. Als Produktmanager beobachten Sie technologische Trends in der Phasenkompensation Technologie und übertragen diese auf unser Produktportfolio.
**IHR PROFIL**
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU für Elektrotechnik)
- Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung von T&D Projekten
- Erfahrung in der Technologie von Phasenkompensationsanlagen
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Commercial Management
- Sehr gute MS-Office und MS-Project Kenntnisse
- Gute Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
- Reisebereitschaft weltweit (25%)
- Selbständige und genaue Arbeitsweise mit Problemlösungskompetenz
- Teamspirit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Einsatzbereitschaft
**IHRE AUFGABEN**
- Entwicklung globaler Strategien für unser Produkt Synchronous Condenser
- Trend Scouting in globalen T&D Märkten mit Schwerpunkt Integration der Erneuerbaren Energie im Hochspannungsnetz
- Erfassen der Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und Erstellung von Marktanalysen
- Abbildung unseres Geschäftes im Hinblick auf Opportunitäten und zukünftige Trends inkl. Reporting
- Systematische Aufarbeitung der Wettbewerbssituation
- Entwicklung von Strategien und Identifikation von etwaigen Lücken
- Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Consultant, Engineer und Lieferanten
- Durchführen von technischen Präsentationen und Workshops
- Zusammenarbeit mit kommerziellen und technischen Abteilungen
- Aktive Teilnahme an der Weiterentwicklung des Produktes
- Erarbeiten von Projektkonzepten
- Führung und Verantwortung von Vertriebsprojekten
- Projektleitung während der Offert Erstellung, Vertragsverhandlung und Übergabe an das Abwicklungsteam
Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet für diese Position das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt von brutto € 3.670,02 / Monat anzuführen.
