HR Adviser

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of HR Advisor, based at St Marks House. We are looking for HR professionals who are passionate about delivering and implementing HR vision and strategies - in doing this at Cleveland Police you will play an active role in ensuring the HR Operating Model is embedded successfully. You will provide expert advice to line managers and Service Units, in line with the HR and wellbeing vision, and demonstrate values based leadership.

It is essential that you have a proven track record of implementing HR Initiatives, with the ability to work with senior managers to create positive business outcomes. You will have sound decision making and problem solving skills to enable you to simplify complex problems, processes or projects. Working on your own initiative you will be confident in taking action and ownership of situations, whilst maintaining personal effectiveness by managing own emotions in the face of pressure, set-backs or when dealing with provocative situations.

**Location information**: St Mark’s House, Thornaby, Stockton, plus some flexibility for home working (with travel required throughout the Cleveland area to support Commands / Service Units)
