YOUR PLACE IN THE TEAM

Tasks

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO

We are looking to hire a (Technical) Product Manager. In this role you will co-shape the further product development in a fast growing scale up. You will interview customers, work on new concepts and designs with our UX/UI team, write product specifications and act as a product owner in the development team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone craving ownership and eager to have a huge impact on a fast growing scale-up in the B2B SaaS space

AMONG OTHER THINGS, YOU WILL
- Co-define our product strategy and roadmap with the constant focus to innovate and improve the scale and revenue growth of our product
- Work with customers and sales team to define and maintain product technical requirements
- Write user stories and manage backlog to communicate and clarify feature requirements and product needs to internal development team
- Write and maintain detailed product specifications
- Be at the center of communication between customers, sales and operations to drive ideas and innovation to fully formed products and features
- Align and maintain product roadmap according to internal product strategy as well as customer requirements and project needs
- Align and follow-up product development status with development team
- Research and understand market trends, competitors and new technologies to identify new improvements

**Requirements**:
WHO YOU ARE
- University degree in a technical field related to software (e.g. Software Engineering, Business Informatics, etc.)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Programming skills are an advantage
- Construction or Real Estate background is an advantage
- Comfortable and confident working with both the technical and commercial sides of an organisation
- Fluent in German and English

YOU SHOULD ENCLOSE THESE IN YOUR APPLICATION

The annual gross salary for this position based on a full-time employment depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience ranges from € 49,000. to € 56,000.. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance.
