Intact, the world’s leading provider of software solutions for the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry, is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our global team. Our products ensure that organic goods are really organic, food is safe, fisheries are sustainable, and buildings don’t go up in flames.

**Job Description**:

- Coordinate and pro-actively support the sales team to ensure closure of opportunities
- Support in the Sales department regarding all administrative and organizational matters
- Administration, maintenance, and support of the tool landscape (e.g., CRM-system, Salesforce, etc.)
- Management of the demo systems (regular updates, set up use cases, etc.)
- Plan, manage and perform sales campaigns
- Manage tenders
- Active lead generation and qualification
- Coordinate and delegate leads to the international sales team

Your Background
- Completed economic and/or technical education
- 1-3 years of professional experience in Sales Support, Sales Management, Project Management, or Account Management
- Excellent MS Office skills and IT affinity
- German and fluent English language skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and flexible team player
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Self-initiative and ability to work independently
