**Your role at RBI**:

- Be a part of the creative process, from ideation to execution, bringing unique executive, employee and employer branding events to life
- Enhance existing event concepts by contributing your innovative ideas and improvements
- Take charge of coordinating the creation of invitation processes
- Join forces with diverse teams such as ‘Brand & Content’ and ‘Marketing Technology’ to optimize campaigns and boost engagement using a data-driven approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment, working towards shared objectives
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager in organizational matters for events and preparing our inhouse processes

***Your core competencies**:

- Completed studies in Marketing, Media or Communications (FH, Werbeakademie, university courses) or related field
- First experience in event management, project coordination or marketing
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Structured and organized approach to task management, problem-solving and time management
- Proactive team-player, open for learning and collaboration
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Professionalism in customer/guest interaction
