David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading international recruitment consulting company. Together, we're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their clients' teams remotely in the EU or on-site in London

Position: Recruiter with English - US Engineering/Construction

Locations and work model:
Remotely/work from home from anywhere in the EU
Or on-site in London

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration model: Base salary + commissions

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with existing clients
- Prepare resumes and correspondence for submission to clients

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Showcase 18-60 months of successful experience in recruitment for the Engineering/Construction industry in the US
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills in English language (C2/native)
- Exhibit strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Maintain a confident and positive attitude
- Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet targets
- Display strong organizational and administrative skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
