Divisional Controller

To strengthen our **Divisional Controlling** department for the Board & Paper Division at our **headquarters in Vienna**, we are looking for a dedicated and team-oriented **Divisional Controller**.

***:

- Analysis of monthly results, forecasts and budgets
- Orchestration of the planning and budgeting process and development of improvement potentials with Sales, Mills and HO
- Implementation of a central sales entity and adaptation of the necessary structures in Finance & Reporting
- Analysis of product cost calculations
- Definition and implementation of optimization and harmonization potentials in cost accounting / coordination with IT
- Ensuring the correctness of cost accounting in close cooperation with the plants
- Special focus on Kwidzyn (Poland) for the financial development of the plant with state-of-the art finance procedures, tools, support of local and divisional management for ongoing development, ad-hoc topics and special projects
- Close cooperation with divisional and plant management for analysis and development of optimization potentials
- Project work, especially in cooperation with various IT and BI projects

Examples:

- Assistance with the global implementation of S4HANA - details and workstreams still to be defined.
- Integration/harmonization of the reporting landscape legacy mills/Kotka/Kwidzyn in close cooperation with the integration team
- Development of monthly reporting for the division
- Establishment of a best-practice sharing between the mills
- Expansion of CAPEX controlling in the division in close cooperation with Operations Analysis of investment projects
- Development of recommendations for action, ad-hoc analyses for management and the board of directors
- Assisting in the preparation of documents for the Supervisory Board, Executive Board, divisional management, as well as assisting in the provision of analyses for investor presentations

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Completed business studies (overseas stay is an advantage)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in controlling (ideally in a manufacturing company)
- Experience in cost accounting as well as with ERP systems and BI solutions
- Confident handling of MS Office and IT affinity is an advantage
- Analytical, proactive, team-oriented way of working
- English (C-Level), knowledge of German is an advantage, knowledge of Polish is an asset
