**Job profile**:
In this position you work as a first stage scientist/researcher at the department of Infrastructure, in a joined project of the units for Environmental Engineering (Waste Management) and Intelligent Transportation Systems (Transport Planning) on sustainable cities and communities (SDG11). You are expected to write a dissertation in a stimulating environment using the university's infrastructure. 50% of the working time is reserved for research and work on the thesis. A completed relevant master's, magister's or diploma degree related to sustainable cities and municipalities (especially in the field of waste management and transport) is required. Very good skills in German language (spoken and written) are expected.
