As a senior member of our Communications team** (Limited Period Contract until the end of July 2024)**, you will support the development of our digital creative projects from concept to completion - following the brand direction, style guides and tone of voice policies. You will work within the Creative Studio alongside Communications Specialists, Designers, Project Managers, and our Production Team as well as with your marketing counterparts, to deliver industry leading digital experiences for members and target audiences

**You’ll contribute by**:

- Helping to drive a strategic approach to content creation by defining innovative creative concepts that also satisfy marketing goals
- Collaborating closely with Communications Specialists, Art Directors and the Production Team to align on the overall tone of voice, look and feel of content
- Driving the creation of appealing copy that attracts, inspires and engages our members throughout their journey and helps them to achieve their fitness goals
- Monitoring and evaluating the Communications Team workload to ensure efficient delivery of copy and augment internal competencies with external creative input as needed
- Leading strategic communications projects, including updating and maintaining our Communications Guidelines, improving our storytelling techniques and ensuring adherence to global adidas Brand guidelines
- Representing the interests of Communications and the Creative Studio in meetings and alignments with stakeholders throughout the company
- Aligning with the Product team to deliver meaningful UI/UX copy that enhances the experience of our members

**What makes you the right match**:

- Native speaker proficiency in English, preferably_ American _English
- Excellent communication skills and an impeccable eye for detail
- 5+ years of experience as a Communications professional or within content creation
- 3+ years of experience in writing and editing copy
- First hand experience managing delivery of work from either team members or freelancers
- University Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- Preferably passion for sports, tech, health, and fitness
- Creative and proactive in nature
- Valid work permit to Austria

**Salary Information**:
And here’s the fine print: Our salary range starts at EUR 62,249 gross annually (based on a 38.5 hours working week). Your actual offer depends on your skills and experience.
