**Senior Specialist Project Procurement (all genders)**:
**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**:

- Sie verantworten den globalen und gruppenweiten Einkauf innerhalb Ihrer Warengruppe
- Sie schaffen eine globale Beschaffungsmarkttransparenz und definieren klare Einkaufsstrategien
- Sie sind federführend bei Verhandlungen und Vereinbarungen aller Art innerhalb Ihrer Warengruppen dabei
- Sie betreiben Risikomanagement indem Sie die Beschaffungsrisiken identifizieren, steuern und aktiv kontrollieren
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen treiben Sie Kostenreduzierungsmaßnahmen (Design to cost, Target costing, etc.) voran und erreichen so optimale Kosten für die zugekaufte Materialien

**Ihr Profil**:

- Technische / kaufmännische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU Wirtschaftsingenieur)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich technischer Einkauf, idealerweise im automotiven Umfeld
- Ausgeprägte kaufmännische und vertragsrechtliche Kenntnisse
- Technisches Interesse und Verständnis von Produktionsprozessen und Abläufen
- Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsstärke und Kostenbewusstsein
- Flexibilität, Geschäftsreisen sind für Sie eine willkommene Abwechslung
- Sicheres Auftreten und exzellenter Umgang mit Lieferanten

**Wir bieten**:
Es erwartet Sie ein abwechslungsreiches und herausforderndes Aufgabengebiet und die Einbindung in ein erfolgreiches Familienunternehmen mit gutem Arbeitsklima. Für diese Position auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung bieten wir ein überkollektivvertragliches Monatsbruttogehalt von mindestens EUR 3.800,00 mit Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung bei entsprechender Erfahrung und Qualifikation.
