Zu Ihren neuen Aufgaben gehören u. a.:

- Kontinuierliche **Verbesserung **von **produktionsrelevanten Qualitätsmanagement Prozessen**:

- **Unterstützung der Produktion **bei Abweichungsdokumentation und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards
- Mitwirken bei **Ursachenanalysen **und im **Problemlösungsprozess**:

- **FMEA Moderation **bei Prozessänderungen
- **Monitoring **von **Kennzahlen **und **Erstellung **von **Reportings**:

- **Anleitung **zu den **Qualitätsmanagement Tools **(FMEA, 8D, 5Why) und zu **Qualitätsthemen**:

- **Erkennen **von **Verbesserungspotentialen **, **Unterstützung **und **Förderung **der **Umsetzung**

Sie erfüllen erfolgreich die Voraussetzungen, wenn Sie:

- Ein **Studium mit technischem Background **an einer Fachhochschule oder einer Universität absolviert haben
- Erste **Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement **(vorzugsweise in der Produktion) vorweisen können
- Idealerweise **Kenntnisse der gängigen Qualitäts-Methoden **und **Tools **(8D,FMEA, 5Why) und/oder von Qualitätsnormen (ISO9001, IATF16949, etc.) haben
- Gute **Moderationsfähigkeiten **und ausgeprägte **Teamfähigkeit **mitbringen
- Über **s **ehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse **verfügen
