As part of the Commercial Operations team, you will actively work together with all parts of the company and will report directly to the Head of Commercial Operations.

**What you’ll do**:
Your key priorities and responsibilities are to secure together with our retailers sustainable and profitable growth, develop new direct business opportunities and expand our current offers and services at our Volvo partners. Considering the ongoing transformation of the automotive business, this role is therefore a main driver of this transformation.

The following tasks are located within your area of responsibility:

- Serve as the contact point for our Volvo partners (first line)
- Implement the growth strategy with the aim to gain value (revenue) and develop the market share of the Volvo Cars brand in Austria
- Work strategically with our Volvo partners - conduct necessary processes to implement operational and transformational changes at the retailer
- Identify new sales opportunities within new potential and existing accounts to retain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling, cross-selling and driving sales performance
- Increase efficiency and effectiveness of the business workflow focused on all business performance indicators: new cars, used cars, customer satisfaction, service business, financial penetration, etc.)
- Responsible to deliver the accuracy of the forecasts and the implementation of the agreed targets
- Follow up on the Volvo Commercial Plan, Service and Marketing campaigns steering the business in an efficient direction with lead generation in mind
- KPI monitoring/reporting - keep a record of sales and revenue (revenue management)

**What you’ll bring**:
We are looking for you with well-founded knowledge of the structures, processes and working methods in the commercial area of the automotive industry, built up through an appropriate work experience of a minimum of 5 years within the Sales area. You can have acquired this through sound experience in the industry directly or in other similar or nearby industries. You can also show experience in collaborating with retailers and building good partnerships.

You are fluent in verbal and written communication in German and English to work intensively together on a professional level with our business partners in Austria and to be part of an international company that has established English as its main language. You are digitally on par with the latest developments, and you bring a profound knowledge of all standard MS Office products with you.

You have University/Higher Vocational Education. Experience in a position with leadership responsibility is an advantage, an understanding of the importance of motivating and inspiring leadership is necessary in this field.

This role will give you the opportunity to travel and visit our partners therefore you can expect to travel on a monthly basis.

You are one of the key drivers in the transformation of the automotive business, therefore an open mindset and great leading and coaching abilities are crucial. That means we are looking for someone who is initiative-taking, open to change, analytical, who brings a strategic mindset and an operational approach at the same time or in other words, who has a problem-solving mindset supplemented by a hands-on attitude. This role is not purely about figure crunching and following up on numbers. We value high-level motivated business managers.

You appreciate learning and developing through performing your task and take great own responsibility in delivering results and contributing to the growth. In this role, it´s also important to bring a comprehensive business understanding and entrepreneurial mindset, structure, and ability to plan and coordinate work with many different stakeholders involved.

For this position we are offering a monthly gross salary of 4.500 - EUR gross monthly; depending on qualifications and experience, with the willingness to pay more.
