HEAD OF SERVICE DELIVERY (M/W/D)
- Die card complete - Gruppe ist mit rund 1,2 Mio. Karteninhabern und einem flächendeckenden Netz von Akzeptanzstellen die Nummer 1 am heimischen Kreditkartenmarkt.
Das Team „Service Delivery Backoffice Systems“ hat die end-to-end Verantwortung für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung aller Backoffice Software-Lösungen (z.B. DWH, SAP, DMS,) in der card complete Gruppe.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

- Steuerung und Unterstützung der internen Application Manager und Developer (rund 10 Team-Member)
- Steuerung der externen Zulieferer
- ICT Service Management für die von der Gruppe bereitgestellten Backoffice Systeme
- Sicherstellung des sicheren & funktionierenden Betriebs
- Abstimmung und Umsetzung von Projekt-und Investvorhaben für die betroffenen Business-/Fachbereiche

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

- Abgeschlossene, technische bzw. naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Uni)
- Erfahrung im Bereich DWH und BI
- Gute Erfahrungen im Bereich ICT Service Management inklusive ITIL-Kenntnisse
Kenntnisse im Bereich der eingesetzten Lösungen von Vorteil (SAP, Teradata, Document Management System, SIRON, JIRA, Confluence)
- Kenntnisse über Architektur-Methoden und -techniken sowie Kenntnisse der Datenmodellierung, Softwarekonzeption und -design
- Hands-On Mentalität, Führungskompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
- Eigenverantwortliches, strukturiertes und lösungs-/ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten
Zielstrebigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
