We are hiring a **SPRINKLR specialist**

AVANDA GROUP AG, is an IT/Consulting & Software company. We are part of a Pan-European group of Digital/Software companies.

From our different locations (Zurich, Geneva, Paris, Madrid, Lisbon, Durham (NC-USA), we provide IT/Digital & Business resources to our large multinational clients in EU-USA for Banking/Insurance, Life Science and Retail.

We are looking to add for one of our clients in the luxury jewels industry a **Sprinklr specialist **to the team to support their growing needs in **Austria.**

**THE ROLE**
- be responsible for campaign briefings, budget tracking and ensure that ROAS targets are met
- guide and assist E-commerce Center of outstanding team on social strategy and social commerce
- manage many internal and external shareholders across the business guarantee delivery of performance and net sale/ROAs goals (Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, Legal, Controlling)
- review performance, operate social media activities/campaigns and develop, implement, manage and evaluate
- ensure the right delivery of their services and Manage relationships with external agencies and partners
- integrate social media into omni-channel marketing strategy and oversee high-level social media strategy, leverage social across platforms
- goals are being fulfilled to the highest standard and Ensure campaign delivery, performance

**YOUR PROFILE**
- university degree/education, preferably in relevant field
- strong practical experience in activation and social platforms and tools (Facebook, IG, Sprinklr)
- min. 5 years of professional experience in eCommerce and performance marketing (mobile and client first mindset), within an international setting
- fluent English
- communication, presentation, analytical, planning and organizational skills
- project management experience, team orientation and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
