IHRE AUFGABEN
- Mitwirkung bei nationalen und internationalen Projekten insbesondere im Bereich M&A, Umstrukturierungen, etc.
- Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung der Regelungen zur globalen Mindestbesteuerung (Pillar II)
- Laufende Unterstützung der VIG Gruppengesellschaften im Rahmen des Steuerreportings, der Bilanzierung von Ertragsteuern und der Steuerplanung für die Konzernabschlüsse nach IFRS (Verantwortlichkeit für bestimmte VIG-Länder)
- Mitarbeit bei Digitalisierungsprojekten im Bereich Tax Reporting & Transfer Pricing
- Erstellung der CFC-Analysen für ausländische Gruppengesellschaften
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und laufenden Aktualisierung von Gruppenrichtlinien
- Monitoring von nationalen und internationalen Entwicklungen im Bereich Steuern sowie Analysen der Auswirkungen auf die VIG Gruppe
- TAX REPORTING AND TRANSFER PRICING

IHR PROFIL
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder juristisches Studium
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Steuern; Steuerberaterprüfung von Vorteil
- Freude an Teamarbeit und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Engagement und hohe Zuverlässigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, CEE-Sprache von Vorteil
