**Aufgaben**:
Das Team „Mergers & Acquisitions" ist Teil der neuen Konzerneinheit „Unternehmensentwicklung“, die mit der aktiven Weiterentwicklung von STRABAG betraut ist. Durch die federführende Begleitung von Unternehmensakquisitionen als auch strategischen Beteiligungen trägt das Team zu dem langfristigen Erfolg des Unternehmens bei.

**Gestalten Sie gemeinsam mit uns die Zukunft und übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben**:

- Führung des bestehenden M&A Teams und Koordination der wesentlichen Interessensgruppen inkl. Unterstützung bei der Konsensfindung
- Übernahme der Leitung von konkreten strategischen M&A Projekten
- Etablierung eines aktiven M&A Ansatzes im Rahmen der strategischen Ausrichtung der einzelnen Business Units bzw. des Gesamtkonzerns
- Weiterentwicklung der Methodik der Post Merger Integration als auch der langfristigen Monitoringsystematik zur gezielten Erfolgsmessung
- Unterstützung der Leitung der Unternehmensentwicklung sowie Zusammenarbeit mit den weiteren Teamleitern der neuen Konzerneinheit

**Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Masterstudium, idealerweise ergänzt durch MBA und / oder Promotion
- Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich M&A
- Starke Präsenz in Führungspositionen und die Fähigkeit, Beziehungen auf den obersten Führungsebenen des Unternehmens aufzubauen und zu pflegen
- Gestaltungswillen sowie Durchsetzungs
- und Umsetzungsfähigkeit auch außerhalb des eigenen Entscheidungsbereichs
- Hohe Moderations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie ausgeprägte Planungs
- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft
