The Semperit Graduate Trainee Program is a comprehensive training program designed to prepare young people after graduation for the challenges of tomorrow, making them the experts and future leaders of tomorrow.

It is a 12- to 18-month program that aims to foster the further development of motivated and talented graduates. Afterwards, you are ready for your further career steps at Semperit

**What to expect**:

- You will work in at least 2 different departments (6 months each) during the Graduate Trainee Program to explore different areas of work
- In addition to a permanent assignment in IT/corporate development, you will gain further experience in our business management areas, such as project management, quality and compliance, infrastructure
- You will thus gain unique insights into the overall structure and get to know the most important core areas and the processes and people behind them at Semperit
- You will be accompanied by a mentor during the trainee program - your mentor will be there to provide you with advice and support

**What is important to us**:

- Completed studies, IT/digitalisation background is an advantage
- Interest in technology and digitalisation
- Good knowledge of German and business fluent English
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness, intercultural open-mindedness

Location: 1030 Vienna;
- please be aware that we will move into a new office (QBC) at the main railroad station Vienna (_Hauptbahnhof_) at the end of 2021.

Gross monthly salary full-time: from EUR 2.950,-.

Depending on professional experience or special qualifications we are willing to pay more.
