We are looking for a Process Development Expert (M/F/d) full time to improve and develop processes in the Wood Procurement Organization and support the Head of Wood Procurement. Your location could be in one of our Austrian mills. You will be working in Wood Products Division and report to the Head of Wood Procurement, located in Austria.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**
- Process monitoring and development
- Supplier Code of Conduct implementation
- Forest Certification (FM / CoC) and wood origin traceability implementation
- Terms of Payment
- Wood procurement strategy implementation
- New upcoming requirements such EU Deforestation Regulation, EU / SE Biodiversity strategy,
- Management support/reporting
- Monthly by-product estimate (co-ordination and preparation)
- Wood Procurement Business update (co-ordination and preparation)
- OMP raw material data input (calculation)
- Reports for raw material suppliers and by-product customers
- Market observation/preparation of presentations
- Media screening
- Forestry statistics
- Assistance
- Organize purchaser meetings
- Organize meetings with suppliers and customers

- This is an information for Austria as required by law. A performance-related salary based on your qualifications, professional experience and market value. The annual gross salary for this position is around € 65.000,00 plus a variable component.

**Qualifications**
- University degree or alternatively high school education with at least 5 years of work experience in forestry, economics or business administration
- Experience in wood procurement as an advantage
- Knowledge in forest certification schemes or willingness to become an expert
- Knowledge in SAP, OneStream, Power BI is preferable
- Safe handling of Excel, Powerpoint, Word
- Project management skills
- Language skills: German and English; Czech as advantage
