**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Ensure translation of OMV Group and OMV AG Reporting and Planning requirements into the design of the new system landscape
- Is responsible for time accurate switch of Controlling BI tool (TM1)
- Ensures smooth reporting transition while introducing new dashboarding functionalities in Power BI as well as, develops concept for Power BI dashboards, prepares use cases, implements Power BI solutions in alignment with stakeholders and IT, maintains Power BI Dashboard solution and supports further improvements of implemented dashboards
- Accountable for completeness and consistency of test and use cases for BI Tool implementation
- Responsible for definition of functional and technical system requirements from finance / controlling demand perspective while also considering IT related bottlenecks
- Identifies gaps within the project in relation to the set goals/milestones and aim for successful finalization with the best proactive approach were possible and the fit for purpose approach were necessary
- Is responsible to consider OMV Group requirements for harmonized and standardized group wide Reporting & Planning during tool implementation

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master Degree in Controlling & Finance
- You have minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent knowledge of OMVs Controlling-specific requirements with regards to SAP and end-to end business process
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interaction skills, strong decision taker and promoter of the top management decisions, excellent presentation skills
- Ability to identify cross-functional & business related development needs
- Advanced knowledge of SAP (FI/CO/BW), TM1 and HFM
- Advanced knowledge with Power BI
- SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, self-confident appearance and assertiveness as well as high stress tolerance, conflict management ability and ability to deliver fully delegated tasks/projects in time and of high quality
