We are currently seeking a Financial Generalist who will partner across multiple functions (R&D, Operations, Service) for monthly forecasting, contribute towards the preparation of monthly internal financial statements and support with timely and meaningful analysis.

**What we’ll get you doing**:
Collaborate closely with other departments

Monthly forecasting and budgeting (i.e., operating expenses, capital expenditures, labor and overhead absorption)

Gain insight on variances to take action

Support for the investment approval process

Ensure timely and accurate completion of month end close and reconciliation according to monthly close schedule

Support with accounts payable and payment processing for our European companies and fixed assets management

Responsible for the communication with other departments, our international offices and external authorities and support internal and external audits

Actively support and initiate continuous improvement ideas and roll out procedural changes within your area of responsibility and ensure compliance by adhering to internal control requirements

**The essential requirements of the role include**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with major in Accounting or Finance

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an international operating company, working knowledge of respective responsibilities including financial planning and analysis

Excellent MS Excel skills (ability to perform pivots, V-lookups and other functions with Excel) to perform advanced financial planning and analysis

Fluent English and very good German

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:
Working with ERP system, preferably Oracle

**We offer you**:
An attractive compensation package that also includes a bonus on the performances. For this position, the minimum salary is 55.000€/year (on a full-time basis)
