As a Senior Product Manager you are focused on use cases of Applications & Microservices, Infrastructure Monitoring and Application Security. You are responsible for product roadmap based on data and growth, and you’re focused on outcomes.
**In your future role you**:

- Are part of R&D in an agile engineering organization that is driven by product-led growth.
- Own part of the product roadmap for Kubernetes observability and align it with the near-term and long-term product strategy.
- Follow the Kubernetes community to stay on top of the latest, cutting-edge enhancements of Kubernetes as well as conducting market research and competitive analysis to help determine the product direction
- Focus on deeply understanding user and customer problems who run their workloads on Kubernetes platforms, in large enterprise environments, at competitive operational cost.
- Innovate by asking ‘why’ to understand the user pain before building yet-another-feature.
- Meet customers virtually and face-to-face at conferences, meetups and events across the globe to represent Dynatrace
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with customer support, technical pre-sales, and services teams and define go-to-market strategies and tactics.

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of product management experience in a software/SaaS business
- Solid understanding of the technical domain to effectively spar with architects and engineers to assess tradeoffs and risks
- Ideally hands-on experience with Kubernetes, or equivalent
- Entrepreneurial SaaS mindset and ability to translate product strategy into business impact
- Ability to think big and to break things down into smaller value increments, and build high-level roadmaps from that
- Clear sense of ownership, effective communication skills towards team, peers, and stakeholders alike, as well as a bias for action
- Willingness to travel (< 15%)

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 65,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38,5 hours/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
