People & Culture Team Lead

Tasks
- You act as a Servant Leader for our People & Culture team consisting of 8 experts.
- You are a strong Business partner for the management and leadership at eye level and consult amongst the whole employee life cycle.
- You work on talent management strategies for the ongoing engagement within the team, increasing the development and retention of high-performing people.
- You foster a collaborative culture of excellence and active togetherness.
- You are a key-player in driving projects like 4-day work week, future recruiting trends and career development.
**Requirements**:
- Completed business studies.
- 2-3 years professional experience in a comparable position.
- You are a person of trust and act solution orientated.
- You understand relevant business and financial KPIs of your area of responsibility.
- Hands-on mentality and self-starter.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
