Zur Verstärkung des On Premise Teams suchen wir für unseren Pilotmarkt Österreich mit Hauptsitz in Fuschl am See eine(n) Project Manager. In dieser Funktion unterstützt du sowohl den National On Premise Manager als auch das gesamte On Premise Team bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben. Du bist dadurch das Herzstück des Teams und trägst wesentlich zum Erfolg der Gastronomie
- und Eventabteilung bei.

**Organisation**:
Aufbereitung, regelmäßige Kontrolle und monatliche Anpassungen des Budgets und die damit verbundene Kommunikation

Erstellung regelmäßiger Reports (Datenaufbereitung/BI Reporting)

Enge Abstimmung mit Finance und Legal Department

**Vertragswesen & Rechnungsmanagement**:
Erstellung diverser Gastronomievereinbarungen und Leihverträge

Kontrolle und Verarbeitung von Rechnungen (Schnittstelle zu Controlling)

**Back-Office & Support**:
Unterstützung der Außendienstmitarbeiter in allen Belangen

Schnittstelle zwischen Spedition und Teammitgliedern (u.a. Planung und Versand sowie interne und externe Koordination von Waren, POS Tools etc.)

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Berufliche Erfahrung im Bereich Administration / Organisation
- Umfassende Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse sowie analytische Fähigkeiten
- Engagierte, verantwortungsvolle und sehr präzise Arbeitsweise mit "Can do"-Einstellung
- Fähigkeit, strukturiert zu arbeiten, Prioritäten zu setzen und unter Druck zu arbeiten
- Teamgeist und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
