Group Risk Reporting and Analytics is part of the Group Enterprise-wide Risk Management.

Our main goal is using data analytics to support risk steering and monitoring, as well as ensuring that regulatory reporting and monitoring requirements are met. We are an international team dedicated to teamwork and high performance.

**Your Tasks**:

- Understanding reporting requirements coming from IFRS and FINREP framework
- Methodological ownership of risk-related FINREP concepts, such as credit quality, collaterals and industry segmentation
- Analyzing changes in FINREP requirements and translate them into data requirements
- Be responsible for Risk Management part of Erste Group’s annual and interim report
- Implementing ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) requirements in risk reporting frameworks
- Preparing relevant reports and analysis of risk indicators for rating agencies
- Closely collaborating with Accounting, Investor Relations and other departments across the Bank to foster better understanding of overarching topics and outside the box thinking

**Your Background**:

- 2-5 years of relevant working experience in financial or risk reporting
- Being familiar with IFRS and FINREP requirements
- Interest in working with data and reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Knowledge of working in Tagetik is an advantage
- Fluent in English, German knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to work across diverse cultural backgrounds
- Organized, motivated, and hardworking person

- The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 36.514;
