**Our business**

**Your role**:

- You support for other HR Business Partners, Management and employees within Exploration & Production in Human Resources related topics
- You support in the implementation of relevant annual HR processes: Indi/Premium, Manpower Planning, People Review, (Calibration PxP) and Performance Improvement Plans
- Alongside the employee life cycle, initiate, monitor and quality check changes (org. changes, regrading, compensation and benefits topics, any kind of leaves and return from leaves, etc.) on employee level with Employee Care
- You provide regular reporting requested by various stakeholders: e.g. manpower targets vs. actuals & vacancies; recruitment status; vacation consumption
- You regularly perform SAP data quality checks and stringently monitor the SAP position management in SAP OMV; request and monitor changes if necessary

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master Degree in Business Administration or similar
- You have minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
- You have intercultural awareness and sensitivity
- You have strong communication skills
- You are pragmatic, solution-oriented and have a proactive approach
- You have analytical skills, ability to handle multiple requests/projects at the same time while prioritizing and executing in time and you are stress resistant
- You speak fluent English
