Senior Specialist Mobile Infrastructure

In this position your tasks will focus on managing and working with macOS and iOS devices. You will design systems, maintain device management configurations, and provide IT services as well as consultancy to IT departments and third-level support.

In your new role you will:

- **Design **, **implement **and **maintain systems **to manage Apple devices(e.g. package management, package deployment)
- Implement and **maintain device management configurations**:

- Collaborate with the IT operational service infrastructure teams to **provide key IT services**:

- **Support the **automation of existing global processes **and **setup new processes**:

- **Provide consultancy **to other IT departments in Infineon for the development/deployment of software on macOS and iOS devices**:

- **Provide **third-level support **for macOS and iOS devices**

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A **degree **(HTL/FH or University) in **Business Informatics **or similar
- Knowledge of the **iOS **and **macOS platforms**:

- **Experience in **troubleshooting operating systems **(e.g. examining and evaluating system logs) and **networks **(e.g. capturing and analyzing network traces)**:

- **Familiarity with **Database technology **and **SQL**:

- **Scripting language skills (e.g. bash, zsh, PowerShell)**:

- **Fluent **English **language skills**:

- **Good **communication skills**:

- **The ability to **think analytical **and the skills for **problem solving**

**Furthermore, the following optional traits are beneficial**:

- **Know-how in **device management **and **software distribution systems**:

- **Software development skills with C#/.NET**:

- **Understanding of **agile methodologies **like SCRUM**:

- **German **language skills**
