**Stellenbeschreibung**:
Als Global Supply Manager in unserem Headquarter sind Sie ein aktives Mitglied des Doka Sales and Operations (S&OP) Planungsprozesses. Ihre Herausforderung ist es, die Versorgungsströme innerhalb unseres globalen Produktions
- und Vertriebsnetzes zu planen. Dabei stellen Sie die notwendige Materialverfügbarkeit sicher, um ein hohes Serviceniveau für unsere Kunden zu gewährleisten. Unser erstklassiges Supply-Chain-Planungstool unterstützt Sie bei der Navigation durch das spannende Marktumfeld.

Als Global Supply Manager werden Sie sich auf folgende Aufgaben fokussieren:

- Verantwortung und/oder aktive Teilnahme an Projekten zur Verbesserung unserer Planungsprozesse und -methodik
- Entwicklung von neuen Tool-Lösungen für die Materialbedarfs
- und Materialversorgungsplanung
- Teilweise Koordination des globalen Materialbedarfsplanungsprozesses
- Unterstützung bei der globalen Materialbedarfsplanung (mittel
- und kurzfristig) unter Einbeziehung unserer Distributionszentren und der Produktion
- Als proaktive Schnittstelle zwischen (Sales) Areas, DC's, Produktion und Beschaffung
- Bottleneck-Management bei Versorgungsengpässen
- Entwicklung von KPI-Dashboards zur Überwachung und Optimierung der Planungsgenauigkeit und Lieferperformance

**Qualifikationen**:

- Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, Supply Chain oder Operations Management (FH/Uni)
- Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Operations, Logistik, SCM und/oder Controlling von Vorteil
- proaktive Problemlösungskompetenz und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Eigenverantwortung und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Leidenschaft für die Supply Chain und das Management von Wertströmen
- Teamplayer mit hoher Serviceorientierung und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich)
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse erforderlich (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

**Für diese Position wird ein marktkonformes Gehalt geboten, welches sich an der konkreten Qualifikation und der adäquaten Berufserfahrung orientiert. **Wir sind gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet ein Mindestgehalt anzugeben. Das jährliche Bruttomindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt laut Kollektivvertrag (holzverarbeitende Industrie) 39.101,16 EUR.
