In your new job you will:
- **Drive the standardization and automation **of Supply Chain relevant processes for the IPC division
- Act as IPC representative for **global Infineon projects**:
- **Foster cross-functional **ideation of new digitalization projects**:
- **Be **responsible to run improvement and digitalization projects **to increase profitability, productivity and scalability as project manager or project member**:
- **Shape **specifications for IT **to support IPC requirements**:
- **Actively **interact with multiple **stakeholders **in the context of change management for successful project roll-outs**:
- **Develop and facilitate **training concepts **to foster a learning culture**

You are best equipped for the job if you have:
- A degree in **Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT **or similar
- **3+ years **proven work experience in the field of **supply chain management **, previous experience as a consultant is a plus
- Proven ability to **lead medium-sized and interdisciplinary project teams **in an international setting
- Experience with **business analysis and reporting **as well as a sound knowledge of Business Intelligence methods and tools, **SAP knowhow is a big advantage**:
- **Excellent English skills **, German or the willingness to learn is considered a plus
- Outstanding **communication, presentation and coordination **skills and the ability to abstract complex topics and describe in simple and persuasive manner
