To enhance our successful **PMO Team** at our **Headquarters in Leoben (AT)** we are seeking to fill the newly created position with an experienced

**PMO Specialist (M/F/d)**:
As PMO Specialist in the Corporate Program Management Office (PMO), you will be responsible for the general overview of the Corporate Project Portfolio and for preparing decision criteria for project selection and prioritization. Furthermore, you will provide insights on Portfolio status by periodic reporting on target achievement and risk exposure.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Definition of project prioritization, project selection, target setting, risk management and monitoring & tracking of projects
- Contribute to establish, supervise and control as well as lead an efficient project & project portfolio management process
- Continuous improvement of project related data bases, procedures and systems
- Promotion and support of knowledge exchange within the plants and business units at AT&S, e.g. lessons learned
- Support in the definiton and operation of PPM and project management reporting process
- Support and train Program
- and Project Managers in developing and maintaining detailed plans including: scope, timelines, needed manpower and budget
- Consult in planning, organizing and monitoring inter-connected Strategic Programs
- Support to establish the development of a Project Risk Management process

***Your Profile**:

- Recognized technical education (HTL, Bachelor or Master degree); ideally a background in electronics
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Administrator or having worked in a PMO; Project Management Certificate (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE 2 or similar) is a benefit
- Experience in Quality Management (Six Sigma and Lean Management is a benefit)
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques, tools and methods
- Fluent written and oral English skills (German is a plus)
- State of the art IT skills - high affinity and ease of handling various types of software (ideally with experience in Enterprise Project & Portfolio Management Software like Planview, Clarity PPM, Planisware or similar)
- Understanding of Corporate Strategy and Roadmapping processes

Our salary packages are competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labour agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 45.000;
