Lauda Europe Ltd is a Maltese Airline part of the Ryanair Group, which offers wet-lease and charter services. We are now recruiting for an Ops Trainee to join our busy Operations team based in our Schwechat (Vienna, Austria) support office. The appointment will be for 18 months, during which the Ops Trainee will gain significant knowledge and experience in our Operations team.

The Role

The Ops Trainee will report directly to our Deputy Director of Operations and is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive individual to hit the ground running and kick start their career in aviation.
- Supporting Operations Control Centre and Rostering department with daily tasks from direct management.
- Investigating Lauda Europe’s on time performance and implementing measures for its improvement.
- Liaising and supporting management on all Operations related matters, ranging from general queries, from annual leave to roster changes.
- Maintain Operations databases to ensure all files and the Operations systems are up to date and accurate.
- General administration for the Operations department.
- Ad hoc Ops projects and tasks.

**Requirements**:
You must hold the right to work & live in the EU.
- Accounting / Business degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (B2+ or native speaker).
- Strong organisational & interpersonal skills.
- The ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and availability to travel.
- PC Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point etc).
- And finally, you must be a team player with a good sense of humour
