**What you will do**:

- You perform daily analysis and report P&L and risk KPIs
- You assess trading / origination portfolios on their risk profile and discuss your findings with front, management and other stakeholders
- You perform in-depth analyses of selected topics at your own initiative or at the request of various stakeholders
- You further develop the methodology and implement tools / models to better assess and mitigate risks and improve the risk-return ratio

**What you bring & who you are**:

- You own a university degree in finance/economics or any other field as long as with sound quantitative/mathematical background
- Further professional qualification (e.g. CFA, FRM, CQF) is a plus
- You have knowledge of applied statistical & financial methods, modelling and financial instruments (futures, swaps, forwards, options) and their valuation
- You have experience in financial risk management, preferably in the energy/commodity sector
- Experience in programming languages such as R and Python or database languages such as SQL is a plus

Axpo Trading & Sales’ Market Risk Management team consists of 15 risk experts with various experience, located in Switzerland and in Poland. We think and work in an interdisciplinary way and are well connected in the entire organization.
