- Juristische Beratung der Greiner AG sowie ihrer Spartenleit
- und deren Tochtergesellschaften in allen Themenbereichen
- Überprüfen und Erstellen von Verträgen (ins. Sales und Einkauf)
- Lösung von allgemeinen Rechtsfragen und Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Führungsebenen in der Greiner AG oder den Sparten
- Rechtliche Begleitung von konzerninternen wie auch externen Projekten (M&A)
- Kooperation und Kommunikation mit externen Partnern (Rechtsanwälten, Behörden, lnstitutionen)
- Mentoring durch einen Senior Legal Counsel

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften
- Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer Rechtsabteilung oder Anwaltskanzlei
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Vertrags
- und Gesellschaftsrecht sowie in Compliance-Fragen
- Professionelles sowie vertrauenswürdiges Auftreten
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
- Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
