We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Financial Accountant to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. In this key role, you will provide accurate and timely financial reporting and optimizing the hotel's cash flow by effectively managing receivables. The role involves close collaboration with other departments to support the hotel’s financial goals.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Handles the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate billing, collection, and reconciliation.
- Monitor aging reports and implement strategies to minimize overdue accounts and bad debts.
- Oversees the daily income audit process, ensuring all revenue streams are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly investigated and resolved.
- Review and analyze daily reports to ensure completeness and accuracy of the hotel’s income.
- Prepare and present monthly financial statements, including detailed analysis of accounts receivable, income, and payable activities.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately in accordance with accounting standards and hotel policies.
- Monitor and manage the hotel’s cash flow, with a strong focus on optimizing receivables and managing payables.
