**Maintenance Coordinator (Process), (f/m/d), NTO, Schaftenau, Austria**

14 engineers, that´s the amount of people who are part of the Process Engineering Team and are supporting all Drug Substance manufacturing areas at Schaftenau.**Your key responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead or contribute to equipment, utility, facility improvement projects (e.g. energy efficiency, productivity, environmental compliance, maintenance)
- Develop & implement standards
- Execute FMEA and define the maintenance type for each asset; assess equipment criticality (HML)
- Create / maintain / verify engineering documents (protocols, drawings, lists, schedules, diagrams, layouts, calculations, datasheets)
- Handle the Technical Change Control
- Implement system and equipment optimization (e. g. TPM, IQP, energy savings)
- Coordinate Housekeeping activities
- Execute Design Qualification (DQ), Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ)

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:
**Essential**:

- Education: Higher technical school (e.g. HTL), Bachelor or Master degree in the field of Mechanical, Process Engineering or equivalent
- Experience: 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing would be appreciated
- Proven experience in implementation and qualification of manufacturing equipment or facilities
- Good manufacturing practice and equipment qualification
- Languages: Fluent in German and English
- Further Skills: Team player with good communicational skills
- Competencies: Results driven, flexible to achieve the desired outcome, technical writing skills

For this position the minimum salary is € 49.804,58/year (on a full time basis).
