AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for a:
**Commercial Operations Manager (f/m/d)**:

- 1190 Vienna
- Full-time employee

**What Your Day To Day Will Look Like**
**- Creation and/or control of specific reports and analyses for L-AT Business Units
- Coordinative and administrative support for project-related, cross-departmental commercial topics
- Operational coordination of overarching commercial processes across L-AT business units
- Administrative management of Austrian market access activities (e.g. with authorities)
- Management of PHARMIG-relevant tasks (e.g. transparency declarations)
- Coordination of overarching commercial L-AT topics and/or projects with HQ-departments (SCM, Controlling, Market Access, Legal etc.)
- Process support for the Country Manager in strategic projects

**Your**
**Qualifications and Experience**
**- 3+ years of professional experience in this role or similar position
- Strong collaboration, analytic and organization skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
- High proficiency and speed in Microsoft Office365, especially Excel-skills on top-level
- Hands-on mentality, determined to always deliver against objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
