**Company Description**
BILLA Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) is part of the REWE Group that manages REWE's supermarket business in Bulgaria, Lithuania, Slovakia and the Czech Republic with almost 900 stores and over 25,000 employees. As a member of our BILLA CEE team, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our international stores by advising the country organizations.
- You are responsible for the international sourcing and purchasing of goods for CEE countries by utilizing synergy potentials within REWE Group.
- Carrying out all relevant purchasing processes in the category to ensure that everything runs smoothly falls within your area of responsibility.
- You will be tasked with defining measures to ensure the implementation of private label strategies and their further development.
- You enjoy planning, coordinating and managing bundling tasks between the CEE countries and other REWE business units in operational and strategic matters.
- You advise on the development of strategies for your categories.
**Qualifications**
- You have 3-5 years of professional experience in category management or purchasing.
- You can demonstrate a good command of English. German or an Eastern European language is an advantage.
- You possess the ability to work under pressure.
- You are characterized by a high willingness to travel.
- Excellent intercultural communication skills round off your personality profile.
