Technology Analyst with Datacentre, hands and feet infrastructure experience with 8-10 years' experience to work in Austria at Eugendorf near Salzburg for a 6-12-month contract with an open rate. The technical Analyst will need to be bi-lingual in English and Austrian.

Experience in Datacentre Infrastructure management, Datacentre full life cycle from commissioning to decommissioning, maintenance, monitoring and Transformation

**Role**

The ideal technical analyst will work alongside and with the site DC Lead to (Harness effective Communication & Reporting)
- Plan and mentor employees on their competency development
- Implement performance management (Alongside DC Lead)
- Team building and motivation (As a member of the Team)

**Responsibilities**
- Take-on the position of datacentre Hands and Feet for your allocated site
- DC Hands and Feet (Team Member Position DC)
- Take full ownership of the datacentres and all accompanying contracts 3rd party suppliers and partners (Under the direction of the DC Lead)
- Supplier management through affective communication monitoring and reporting, based on the feedback from the customer and results driven by the agreed SLA and KPI (Under the direction of the DC Lead)
- Change control process, submitting/approving and acting as an approving stakeholder (Under the direction of the DC Lead)
- Demand management, ensuring the process is followed and the customer is informed and updated from initiation to delivery
- Team Management, working to manage and mentor the team from within and acting as a mentor and stand-in in time of sickness and holidays (Under the direction of the DC Lead)
- Holistic view of the impact and effect of all your actions within the datacentres on the business across local and geographical environments
- Datacentre Co-Ordination, manage all documentation and design activities, run, and manage the scheduled and unscheduled datacentres shutdowns, act as the onsite representative for the MIM team and be able to deliver calm and effective control and management of the environment in a crisis (Under the direction of the DC Lead)
- Ownership of the datacentres and management of that datacentres, you must know the site and be able to effectively own all issues and risks and have the ability to appropriately escalate when your responsibility boundaries are crossed or about to be crossed. (Under the direction of the DC Lead)
- As required on occasions to work outside normal working hours and if required be part of an on-call roster
- Run and participate in all Governance meetings taking minutes and action points, tracking, and closing within agreed timelines Expert

Data Centre (DC), Technical Analyst Hands and Feet (Onsite and within an hour of the location)

Language skills needed High Level of Business English and Austrian
