Accounts payable (M/F/d)

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Control of incoming invoices as well as booking after receipt of goods and release for payment
- Clarification of any price differences
- Reconciliation of open orders and delivery schedules
- Clarification and urging of accounts payable reminders
- Support in the optimization of processes

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS THAT MAKE YOU PARTICULARLY QUALIFIED FOR THIS ROLE
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (office clerk) or HAK/HLW degree, accountant course or balance sheet accountant exam advantageous
- Professional and SAP experience an advantage, but not a must
- Very good knowledge of German and English as well as good MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work independently, initiative and commitment
- Assertiveness as well as careful, efficient way of working

WHAT WE OFFER
You will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits. The minimum salary for this position is € 33,576.06 EUR gross/year according to the very attractive collective agreement of the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
