Site Supply Chain Manager (f/m/d)
The job holder is responsible for the compliant overall management of the Site Supply Chain and for driving continuous improvement in all aspects of this to deliver excellence in customer experience.
What is possible?
- Manage and coordinate supply chain activities with all relevant departments.
- Formulate, agree and work to an operating budget for the Site Supply Chain department
- Analyse KPI's to drive continuous improvement across the Site Supply Chain.
- Manage inventory to target levels and minimise slow moving stock in liaison with the region/countries.
- Provide leadership and support in the implementation of the business strategy and key projects for the Site Supply Chain.
- Be the focal point for the business to resolve site supply issues
- Coordinate the creation and maintenance of item related master data
- Coordinate export customer orders and local demand management with relevant departments to ensure timely availability of requested products and constant exchange of information between the parties.
- Act as the point of contact with AEO/Customs (inbound/processing/outbound) and in liaison with Procurement, Production and Customer Service.
What do you bring?
- At least Bachelor´s degree level in a Supply Chain, Engineering or Business Studies discipline
- More than 3 years’ experience in a Supply Chain Management role with leadership experience, preferably in the Crop Protection industry
- Fluent spoken and written in German & English
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Experience in working with ERP systems (preferably Oracle)
- Execution and assertiveness skills
- Analytical skills as well as an entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
- A pro-active, independent, reliable and structured way of working
- Team player with an open, friendly and communicative personality

The yearly gross salary according to the Austrian collective agreement for this function is at least EUR 80.000 with the clear willingness to overpay, depending on professional qualification and experience. In addition, we offer an attractive package of benefits and in-house services.
