You act as Sales Director for our intercorporate customer “Zumtobel Lighting Brands” and lead a team of Key Account Managers.
- You actively manage positive relationships and work in close cooperation with key influencers, experts and decision makers intracorporal in order to develop innovative products & solutions to achieve established sales targets.
- You persistently explore perspective customers, uncover customer demands and implement them into TRIDONIC products, therefore our product portfolio can grow its business.
- You set sales plans and you are hence responsible to achieve these targets, revenues and results within your key account.
- You proactively manage and monitor customer-related projects from the first idea to the successful implementation throughout to the product-maintenance.
- You refer to sales leads, customer feedback and competitor activities to respond to changing market conditions owing to this fact you set, coordinate and prioritize the right actions in a winning, convincing and excellent communication at all levels.
- You seek continuous optimization and harmonization of customer processes.
**Ihr Profil**
- A solution-, customer oriented, highly motivated and sales driven personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills on all levels.
- You have team leadership experience accomplished by strong leadership skills.
- You have completed a commercial or technical education and have already gained 5+ years professional experience within sales, product management or a related area.
- A MUST HAVE is, that you are eager to be successful in this sales-project role and able to lead a team of young talents.
- On a personal level you convince us with your inspiring, reliable and ambitious personality.
- You demonstrate lateral and disciplinary leadership skills to manage these complex sales-projects successfully.
- You are a team-worker who takes responsibility for outcomes and willing to take decisions and calculated risks.
- You have excellent language skills in German and English, both verbal and written and strong presentation skills.
- In the end, you appreciate to work in an international environment and you are willing to travel mainly in Europe.
**Salary**: How good are you?
- The Austrian law obliges us to specify a salary here: in line with the collective agreement, this amounts to at least 66.404;
- EUR per year for a 38½ -hour working week. However, because neither you nor we are satisfied with minimum standards, we promise you that it will be considerably more.
