**Head of Finance Assistant (w/m/d)**

**Hauptaufgaben**:
Unterstützung unseres Head of Finance in folgenden Bereichen:

- PRICING: _
- Entwicklung von Preisstrategien o Preissetzung mithilfe von Software
- Sicherstellen einer optimalen Auslastung zum bestmöglichen Preis
- ANALYSE: _
- Überwachung von Pickup und Verkaufsentwicklung
- Mitbewerber
- & Marktanalysen
- Erstellen wöchentlicher Reports für alle Häuser
- On Demand Reporting inkl. Datenaufbereitung
- RATE MANAGEMENT: _
- Verantwortung für Preise von Erstellung bis Angebot
- Arbeiten mit Reservierungssoftware (Mews), Revenue Management Software (Pace), Analyse Software (Pace Analytics), Exceltabellen
- WEITERENTWICKLUNG UND OPTIMIERUNG LAUFENDER PROZESSE_
- ERSTELLEN VON UMSATZBUDGETS FÜR ALLE HOSTELS_
