Our client is an Austrian medical device company, that specializes in development and production of innovative mínimal invasive products for patients with its headquarters in the heart of Vienna.
We are currently recruiting for the following position:
**Senior Clinical Project Manager (M/F/x)**

**Responsibilities**
- Complete oversight of the clinical trials and report to the Management Board
- Monitor the progress of delegated clinical trials, which includes budgets and timelines
- Prepare, oversee, and review documents (ISO 14155, 13485 and 14971)) like Clinical Study Protocol, Investigators Brochure, Informed Consent, Clinical Evaluation Plan, Clinical Evaluation Report etc.
- Development and preparation of submission package for ECs and/or Cas
- Managing audits and inspections
- Arrange and organize clinical study meetings
- Review and approve contracts and invoices being presented by study vendors and external consultants
- Resolving issues; take part in procedure improvement initiatives
- Attain clinical study’s goals by working with other members of the study team to outline their priorities, and to also resolve conflicts that may come up in the project process
- Analysis, summary, and reporting of data for regulatory needs and/or for study data presentations, Literature search

**Your Profile**
- University degree (preferably medical or life sciences)
- At least 5 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or CRO Industry, preferably in Clinical Project Management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, presentation, documentation and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in German and English; both - written and oral.
- Team oriented and used to work independently

**The Offer**
