Outbound Planner

**This role is to coordinate and manage the customer order flow and interface with the Sales Areas.**

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**:

- Order processing:

- Daily release of customer orders including the check and management of auto, mass and manual release orders
- Daily review of backorders
- Working with Inventory, Purchasing or Warehouse teams to source items
- Daily review and resolution of outstanding orders where source change must be done
- Resolve order issues like shipping instructions, incorrect addresses, incorrect prices, shipments etc.
- Execute the cancellation of orders based on customer requests, superseded items, etc.
- Order management:

- Communication to internal/external customers regarding progress on open orders
- Resolve any allocation problems, specifically suspended orders or cycle count problems
- Review of “Hold till complete” orders
- Review Unit Down Orders and expedite accordingly
- Review and resolve tickets relating to orders like expediting, shipment discrepancies
- General:

- Creation of statistics and key figures
- Review and maintenance of customer master data
- daily resolution of sales orders that were not handled correctly in IT system
- Ensuring the availability of required delivery documents

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You have previous extended experience in a similar role in Order Management or Supply Chain Management with experience in SAP regarded. You will be computer literate with excellent communication skills.
- You will have drive, flexibility, high level of energy and enthusiasm, display excellent customer relations skills.
- You will consider analysis and problem solving as your core skills, and customer service will be your key focus. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to build relationships both internally and externally and have excellent interpersonal skills. You feel comfortable with routine tasks and you have the capability to manage sense of urgency. Additionally, you are able to work as part of a team.

- This role reports to a manager based in Austria, so German would be an advantage.

**WE ARE OFFERING**:A challenging role with the possibility to grow further in organization as well as a future development plan in an international working environment. We also offer a flexible working hours model with a partial home office option. As required by Austrian federal law we hereby state, that the legal minimum salary according to the Austrian collective agreement for this position amounts from € 2 824,87 gross per month, depending on qualification and experience we offer an adequate overpayment. In addition, we offer other social benefits (e.g. health program, relief fund, additional pension model).
