**Als Nike Store Coach ist es deine Aufgabe, innerhalb des Store eine Umgebung zu schaffen, welche den Kunden eine einzigartige Einkaufserfahrung und deinen Mitarbeitern eine hervorragende Arbeitsatmosphäre bietet**. Außerdem setzt du Programme/Prozesse zur Verbesserung der Geschäftsergebnisse um.

**Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Leitung aller täglichen Aktivitäten in einem spezifischen Bereich des Store, darunter Verkauf und Service
- Leitung, Coaching, Förderung und Motivation der Mitarbeiter innerhalb des zugewiesenen Bereichs
- Einhaltung der Standards für Visual Merchandising und Verkaufsbereich
- Kommunizieren von Promotionaktionen, um deren Ergebnisse zu optimieren
- Probleme und Potenziale auf Basis von Verkaufs
- und Kundenfeedbacks identifizieren
- Unterstützung des Store Managers bei der Umsetzung eines erstklassigen Kundenservice und einer hervorragenden Arbeitsatmosphäre

**Qualifikationen**:

- Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Einzelhandelsmanagement, darunter auch Erfahrung im Coaching und in der Mitarbeiterentwicklung
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahren im Umgang mit gängigen Einzelhandelssystemen und Microsoft Office
- Bereitschaft zu Wochenenddiensten, Spätdiensten und ggf. zu Diensten an Feiertagen
