In a typical day in this role as **Solution Architect for GreenLake Manged Services **(GMS) in the DACH region you:

- Liaise closely with the customers to gain a deep understanding of their planned future mode of IT operation
- Identify their challenges and needs for traditional, private or hybrid cloud environments for medium
- to large-scale computing solutions.
- Will be part of cross functional teams at times in the completion of one or more solution requirements, architecture, or implementation deliverables.
- Define in cooperation with the customer or HPE partner the managed services the customer needs according to ITIL practices.
- Describe roles and responsibilities, monitoring solutions, incident management systems, interface with the customers case management systems, remote access.
- Provide consulting advice to sales teams and you will influence the strategic direction for customers based on our solutions and products in the Data Analytics, Cloud, Mobility, and IT transformation.
- Collaborate with others to define and characterize complex technology or process problems and/or develop new solutions, as well as self-directed technical solutions.
- Do a handover after contract signature to the delivery team and make sure that all deliverables described are implemented.

- Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Experience in the outsourcing or out-tasking industry or equivalent knowledge how to run IT.
- Profound background in Data Analytics, Cloud, Mobility, and IT transformation.
- Practical usage of ITIL methodology, ideally certified.
- Strong business acumen and general management guidance abilities.
- Experience preparing RFP/Tender response documents like compliances, bill of materials, solution documents to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication skills to bring together and guide all types of stakeholders.
- Business fluency in German and English language.

We are legally obliged to quote the KV minimum salary (related to KV Handel für Angestellte) with a fix salary of € 2826 p.m. gross. We will pay significantly more depending on individual experience and qualification starting at 70.000 EUR p.a. all in.
