**In dieser spannenden Rolle führen Sie sowohl strategisch als auch operativ das Field Sales Team in Österreich.**

Sie stellen den "Perfect Store" in Retail, an Tankstellen sowie in neuen Vertriebskanälen in Bezug auf Verfügbarkeit, Sichtbarkeit und markenkonformer Kommunikation der Red Bull Produkte am Point of Sale sicher. Sie erfüllen dabei die Funktion als Leitung unseres österreichischen Field Sales Teams, entwickeln und motivieren das Team und tragen dabei zum gesamten Team-Erfolg bei.

(Weiter-) Entwicklung und Implementierung des nationalen Field Sales Plans: umsatzorientierte Verkaufsstrategien zur Erreichung definierter nationaler KPI Ziele für alle Produktgruppen, wie Store Coverage, Perfect Store Rate, Distribution, Zusatzplatzierungen, Kassenkühler

Darauf aufbauend Definition von Zielen in Form eines Target Settings (Jahreszielsetzung quantitativ und qualitativ) und einer Scorecard/Quartalszielsetzung (quantitative Umsetzungen)

Sicherstellung eines fairen und leistungsgerechten Pay for Performance basierend auf teamübergreifender und individueller Zielerreichung
*** People Management**

Auswahl, Training, Motivation, Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Regionalleitern (aktuell 4 Regional Field Sales Managers) und Verkaufstalenten (aktuell 11 Personen) - individuell und als Team

Etwa 3 Tage pro Woche Coaching & Guiding im Feld

Regelmäßige Powerselling
- und Powercoaching-Sessions in Kooperation mit der Rolle des Nationalen Coaches

Zusätzlich Verantwortung für den Einsatz weiterer interner und externer Verkaufs-Ressourcen (z.B. Consumer Collecting Teams, Merchandising Agentur, etc.)

Als Bindeglied zwischen „dem Markt“ und der zentralen Verkaufsabteilung in Fuschl, Sicherstellung des optimalen Kommunikationsflusses innerhalb der Off Premise Abteilung (Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, Field Sales)

Permanente kritische Beobachtung des Marktes, des eigenen Geschäfts und aktives Challengen des Status Quo

Aktive Rolle in der Abstimmung mit dem On Premise Musketier Team (Außendienst Gastronomie), auch in Bezug auf regionale/temporäre gemeinsame Verkaufsprogramme
*** CRM Datenmanagement**

Sicherstellung der optimalen Nutzung und korrekten Eingabe von Instore-Daten im CRM Tool durch Trainings, Mitfahrten und Kontroll-Audits

Laufende Weiterentwicklung des monatlichen Field Sales Reportings

Ableitung von Action Steps aus dem Reporting - national, auf Kanal
- und Kundenebene, gemeinsam mit den Key Account Managern

Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des internationalen CRM Tools DRIVE

Planung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung geplanter Field Sales Budgets und administrativer Aufgaben des Teams (Diäten, Spesenabrechnungen, Reportings, etc.)
*** Networking**

Aktiver Austausch mit Red Bull International (Off Premise/Field Sales) und anderen Red Bull Länderorganisationen in Bezug auf Best Practice Sharing

- Relevante Ausbildungen im Bereich Sales von Vorteil
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Verkaufsaußendienst mit Führungsverantwortung (vorzugsweise Lebensmittelhandel und/oder Markenartikelindustrie)
- Gültiger Führerschein Gruppe B
- Leadership
- und Coaching Skills
- Professionelles, gewinnendes Auftreten, ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Motivationsfähigkeiten
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Verkaufstrainings
- Großes Engagement und Einsatz für Mitarbeiterentwicklung und -führung und der Fähigkeit in der Entwicklung von Talenten
- Verkaufsexpertise durch Praxis sowie strukturierte Verkaufs
- und Verhandlungstrainings
- Verständnis von der österreichischen Handelslandschaft, von Sales und Distribution, Mitbewerber-Aktivitäten & Shopper Behavior im FMCG Kontext
- Exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten und unternehmerisches Gespür um Markttrends und Geschäftskennzahlen zu verstehen
- Fit im Umgang mit MS Office Paket und CRM Tools
- Erfahrung mit SAP B.I. Reportings von Vorteil
